Q2 Launch New Collaborative Resource Modelling Service With IRRV

Q2 are pleased to be working in partnership with the IRRV to lauch a new joint initiative (code named 'Baron') that will help collaborative working across Local Authority Revenues & Benefits Services, through the QPredict Resource Modelling Service.

Q2 have partnered with the IRRV to provide an innovative new service that will help Local Authority Revenues & Benefits Services to understand how their future resource requirements will vary over time and allow them to compare their progress with each other using the QPredict Resource Modelling Service.

This will help with the following:

  • Preparing for the rollout of Universal Credit
  • Understanding the impact of implementing alternative delivery options
  • Effective negotiation / reletting of software, outsource and service contracts
  • Providing detailed business case information to assist with decision making
  • Understanding the impact of changing demand for service
  • Benchmarking regionally, nationally and by type of service delivery,

This exciting new service was previewed at the Annual 2015 IRRV Conference in Telford on 6-8 October, where Q2 were also sponsors of the IRRV Excellence In Innovation (Single Organisation) Award, which was won by Lambeth London Borough Council.
